Gain/Forex.com vs. MB trading?

Signed up for FXCM and the data sucks

How much historical data do Gain and MB Trading provide? Any other connection issues with one over the other?

I asked each of them and they referred me to Ninja....I guess all of these guys want to get me to use their crappy platforms...

Thanks for the feedback regarding the stated limitation with historical data from FXCM; we are currently researching with FXCM to find a solution.

GAIN natively only gives a few days of historical data, however when setting up your connection, you will have an option to 'Use NinjaTrader Servers' which will give you more data, over a year of data for the most common pairs.

You will also get at least a year of historical data on MBT depending on the instrument.

We do not have exact figures as it will vary per instrument, but there should be a few months of historical tick data at least.
