    Hello,

    This would reset internal caches in your network. I am unsure why you would encounter the error in the first place however this is a great thing to try if you do encounter the error again.

    Is this the first time that you've tried the connection or is this something which has worked in the past? If this has worked for you in the past please restart the PC, modem and router then try the connection again.

    Which version of NinjaTrader are you using currently? To check, please click Help > About. Version will be shown near the top of that menu in a 7.0.1000.X format.
