I continue to have trouble getting Market Replay (MR) data to work.
My current problem is I am attempting to download data for the week of 7/1/13 through 7/5/2013 for the CL 08-13 futures contract. I go through the process for each of the days. When I connect to the MR data, nothing appears (see attachment). As you can see from the chart, the grid does not appear to have any data associated with it.
When I go to the folder for this data I see what is in the windows explorer attachment which suggests to me that there is some data present (although 1K size is pretty small).
I thought it was may have been that the CL 08-13 contract was not valid for the dates specified above. But when I attempted to dowload the same dates for the CL 07-13 contract I am given the message there is not any L1 data for the specified contract.
Is there some more expansive help documentation than the NT Help provided?
