No data for Aug 6

Hi, i'm not showing enough data for aug 6 on all time frames. Tried restarting nt, same issue. Also reload data and script.

Please let me know the following:

• Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• Does this effect all instruments or only on TF 09-13?
• Are you receiving real-time quotes from other windows such as a Time & Sales window, a SuperDOM or on the Orders tab of the Control Center?

cqg.only on TF, even tried opening a new chart, same thing.

Superdom is working fine, as is the chart, just yesterday's data is extremely limited.

Thank you for the follow up.


I have received word this morning that the CQG historical data server has experienced a situation with historical data recording.

Most of the instruments affected were restored, although we are still looking into these reports further and will update as we have more information.

Still little to no data for Aug 6/7. When will this be resolved? Already had to miss one trading sessions, now looks like a second one.

To troubleshoot the situation please repair your database:

• Disconnect from any data providers
• Control Center > Tools > Options...
• Data tab > Click on "Repair DB"
• Restart NinjaTrader and test for this historical data

If the issue remains, you can clear your cached chart data and test once more:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Open the db folder
• Delete the Cache folder
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Connect and test for this historical data
