Chart across workspaces

Is is possible to set a chart to continue to appear even if I switch work spaces?
I realize this is actually contrary to the concept of work spaces. But just image that you have one instrument that you want to keep an eye on in the day. But you have several work spaces you use. It might be useful to have an always on top option for a particular chart. On could add that chart to each work space. But that does not seem efficient.
So, is there a way to keep a chart on top regardless of work space?
