This is wierd. On placing a live order, NT rejects with 2 error messages:
"failed to execute DB job 'orderupdatejob'. The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data"
When i press "ok" to that error, i get the message indicating 'order rejected due to insufficient funds in my account'.
This is obviously innaccurate, moreover, looking at IB Workstation I see it has in fact accepted the live order from NT. I'm not happy to trade using IB's platform, so i've been cancelling these from within Workstation.
I've tried uninstalling, then re-install, but still no joy.
