Unable to delete unwanted script

Hi There,
I created couple of scripts long time ago just to try it out but could not finish /compile them .

Now I am trying to delete them but cannot , because of following error in the screen shot :


I tried both the methods advised by NT support in this link

Even after deleting everything from the script after unlocking it , I was not able to get rid of it .
I want to upload a script provided by my developer

I uninstalled NT , downloaded latest version and re-installed it. However those 2 scripts starting with z are still coming up.

How can I remove them from backup so that if re-install NT they don't show up ?

ps: I also have old NT 6.5 on my comp

You can delete offending script directly from the bin > custom > indicator / strategy folders. Once done recompile in NT and see if the issues are resolved.

I tired that before uninstalling , but that did not work either .
So finally found the NT & back up folder in my documents, deleted them and re-installed .
It worked and was able to upload my script .

Thanks for the update and glad to hear you could resolve. Next time we would really like to take a remote look if possible.
