NT Crashes after updating

    NT Crashes after updating

    I updated NT to 7.0.1000.15 and since then it's been crashing whenever I'm connected to replay data server. I connect to Replay Data Server just fine but as soon as I open up some charts and start playing with them like opening orders or plot lines or any indicators it freezes and then crashes, I get a window saying that NT has stopped working.

    I went back to NT 7.0.1000.14 and it keeps crashing and behaving the same way.

    Any ideas?

    So that I may look into the crashing may I have your log and trace files to inspect? Please send these to our support address to keep these private.

    You will find your NinjaTrader trace file in the following directory:
    • (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\trace\trace.20130808.txt


    You will find your NinjaTrader log file in the following directory:
    • (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\log\log.20130808.txt


    Once located, please send the files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. In the body of the email please write Attn: Chelsea #897439.
