Suggestion on NtDirect dll and OrderStatus

The "outside the realm of support" item is the third party application, not TradeStation. You can call the functions of the NTDirect.dll in your own applications as well, this is what Zachary referred to.

Are you seeing a memory leak in calling OrderStatus from your Easy Language code in NinjaTrader 7 or NinjaTrader 8?

The first poster, Atomic had complaint that the NTOrderstatus caused the crashing of TradeStation becuase of memory leaking. I just want to know if this issue has been fixed in NT 8 before I start writing code to use NTOrderStatus.

Has the memory leak of NTOrderstatus been fixed or it is still there? I use NT 8.0 and I am going to send orders from Tradestation to NT since NT supports multi-accounts.

The Functions of the NTDirect.dll should not be seeing any memory leak in NinjaTrader 8. If you run into such a case please report it to us.

I use NT7 without any issues so far.
It seems like that NT will stop supporting tradestation. The purpose for me to buy a lifetime lic of NT is to use both TS and NT for simulation and trading of emini since NT supports multi-accounts. It takes me a great deal of time to convert those programs of EL to NT if possible.
I think both vendor and its clients should be royal each other.

Are you looking to convert your EasyLanguage systems to NinjaScript?

I don't understand of the "TradeStation support is not going away for NinjaTrader 7 nor is support for NinjaTrader 7." Do you mean NT8 supporting TS?

I have spent years using TS, and written many programs of EL. If it doesn't take much time, I would like to convert those programs to NTscript.

Support for the DLL interface with TradeStation would not be supported in NinjaTrader 8.
