Question prior to paying to lease NT

On the lease page ( http://www.ninjatrader.com/purchase-lease.php ) there is a drop down box where I need to choose between FXCM, IB, Zenfire etc.

    Why?

If I choose one of those do I get a free data feed from them for the duration of the purchased licence?

    Hello Instamess,

You will need to select a broker technology for your live license key. Subsequently the license allows you to connect to the broker technology. The broker will provide login credentials to create a connection in NinjaTrader.

So if you have your account at Amp Futures, you would select CQG. If you have your acount at FXCM, you will select FXCM.

That's not intuitive. How am I supposed to know that Amp Futures is connected with CQG?

Anyway, being UK based, I called and spoke with your support staff who suggested the Rosenthal Collins Group. I now discover they aren't listed in the drop down choices. Which option do I need to go for in that drop down box?

You will need to select the broker technology that Rosenthal Collins Group uses. I believe this is either Zen-Fire or Patsystems. I suggest to confirm with Rosenthal Collins Group.

Thanks, Jason. Your telephone support said I need to select zen-fire.

poeds, may I ask what the costs are for CQG? They don't seem to give any of that info on their website. I'm assuming the fixed costs of $2,500 per month quoted on their site is something else.

Yes, there are no costs at all for CQG. Maybe you have to have a funded trading ac.
