Shifting a chart on the X axis

    Hi,
Is there a way to shift a chart? I want to have two separate 2-minute charts, one that ends at even, and one that ends at odd numbers. Is this possible?
    Regards,
    Balazs

    Hello,

The spacing of the x-axis will depend on the scale of the chart. If you'd like both charts to use the same time scale, you will need to either increase or decrease the bars spacing by clicking and dragging on the time axis to get a similar scale.

You can get more accurate precision by using CTRL + Up/down arrow keys to change the scale of the chart

      Hi Matthew,

Thanks for the quick reply. This does not solve my problem though. Let me try to rephrase my question with an example, I guess I wasn't specific enough.

I would like to have two 2-minute charts:
      1) The default one: 11:00 - 11:02, 11:02-11:04, etc.
      2) One shifted by 1 minute: 11:01 - 11:03, 11:03 - 11:05, etc.
They don't need to be on the same chart, so solving the second option is what I'm looking for now.

Thanks for the clarification. It is not possible to displace the time of the bars at this time. However I will forward this as a potential feature request to our development team to consider in a future version.

You will need to create a new session template that starts on the odd minute, and apply that to the chart. Just make a copy of the session template that you are using for your default chart, and make a little adjustment.

                Hi Support,

how the bar spacing is measured(CTRL/Arrow UP/DWN), in what increments? If i push CTRL+arrow up or down just once for how much it`ll increase or decrease the bar spacing and in what units?

                      Hello cachevery,

                      Thanks for your post.

There are no settings anywhere to see a measurable value for the spacing used. This will only be visual for you.
