Futures AEX Netherlands via IB and Kinetick

Hello,
I have IB and an account (just bought) with Kinetick.
I need the historical data from Kinetick, but still have problems.
Get message: Unable to load historical data.
A kinetick symbol search for Futures AEX
gives:

Now to make an instrument for this:
Master Instrument: FTI
Instrument Type: Future
Tick Size:0.05
Currency: Euro
Point Value: 200.00
Margin Value: 0
Sim feed start price:
Merge Policy: Use Global Settings
Session Template: Euronext CET Index Futures RHT
Exchanges: Fta

Misc. TAB
Interactive Brokers: EOE
Kinetick: AEX#

Live data is working, but historical data not.
Any idea ?

Hello Peter,

Can you please change the Kinetick symbol map from AEX# to AEX. Once you made the change, please remove and re-add the FTI 09-13 to your instrument list. Instructions can be found at the link below.

Click OK in the Instrument Manager and create a new FTI 09-13 chart.

I just tested a 1 minute chart and it loaded the requested data successfully with AEX as symbol map.

It works.
Do have some other problems now with an indicator software iam leasing, but i see the log file is full with errors so will check that out first.
