    Control Center, Orders tab, column arrangement moving

    Hi; I have customized the columns in my Control Center, Orders tab so that the Order management tabs are next to my DOM. I set them, but then every time I open Ninja the Increment, Decrement & State columns shift one column to the right. See the attached screen shots:

    #1 is how I want the columns arranged
    #2 is close Ninja then open again
    #3 is close Ninja (without putting the cols back the way I want them) and open Ninja again--shows how they shift with each opening of Ninja

    Hello user721,

    NinjaTrader should keep your column size and position when you close NinjaTrader and open them up once again.

    Could you send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

    Please reference this thread in the body of the email and in the subject line put ATTN: JC.

      Hi JC; I just sent the Log & Trace files from within Ninja and want to make sure you received them. I've never done this before and it triggered Outlook to open an email to you. But the email did not have an attachment for the L & T files so I just closed it figuring Ninja took care of everything. But if you didn't get it let me know so I can resend them. Thank you

        I have not received the files yet.

        Can you manually attach your most current log and trace files inside of a new email so I may investigate this matter further.

        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

        * The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

        * The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

        Send the email to Support [at] NinaTrader [dot] com, and put ATTN: JC in the subject line.
