Global lines

any idea why global lines will show on some charts but not all?

Thank you for your post.

Please right mouse click within the chart(s) that do not display the drawing object-->Data Series-->Show global draw objects-->Set to True then click Ok.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

I think I just have 1 or 2 charts that are messed up, will create new for those.

If the issue persists after creating new charts can you tell me what drawing object you have applied attach a screen shot of your chart with the object displayed and one of the charts that will not display the object so I may attempt to replicate on my end.

rays that were created prior to today do not show up. newly created will.

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

If you compress the X-Axis with the steps below do the drawing objects appear?

• Move your mouse to the X-Axis
• Hold down your left mouse button
• While holding down the left mouse button move the mouse to the left to expand time
• While holding down the left mouse button move to the right to compress time

no.
i have other rays on that chart that show, but they might of been placed from another chart besides the 2 that i showed you.

regular line works ok fyi, i just like to use rays also.

I just sent you an email requesting information to setup a support call to look into this further.

Thanks to Christopher who showed me that my small time frame chart's data didn't go back far enough to include the data points that I used to create the ray on a larger time frame chart.
