FXCM data

Hello,

I am using NT .15 latest version and FXCM data feed (both for historical and live data feed).

I have indicated that there is a price gap on August 27th on all 18 forex instruments I use. The gap is between 3:40 and 10:00 a.m. (UTC time). Reloading does not help. Is these expected?

Also I have indicated that on historical data there is no tenthpips prices any more. I have TenthPips selected in Options. I think this happened after price gap mentioned above. Is these also expected?

I see both issues on more than one computer.

This missing data should be restored over the weekend.

Please go to Tools > Account Connections, select your FXCM connection and click Change. Then in the connection wizard click Next, under 'Historical Data' select 'Use FXCM servers' and click Next > Next > Finish.

Then disconnect and reconnect to FXCM. Once reconnected right click on the charts and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

You may then change the Historical Data setting back to 'Use NinjaTrader Servers' and reconnect.

I see the same on my end with the historical data in regards to the tethnpip setting.

Currently, this is to be expected.

The NinjaTrader historical data servers will be updated to accommodate this pip size.
