Import daily data

Hi,
I have purchased daily data for various instruments in ninjatrader format.
I have imported it but my ninja see data as "minute data" not daily....any suggestion??

yes, but I think to have found the problem, but I do not know how to correct it...
in text data is present also the column "hour", with 0 value.... how can I delete it??

Thank you for your response.

The format for Daily data to import should not include a hour, for information on the formats used for importing data in NinjaTrader please visit the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h.../importing.htm

To edit the file you will need to open it in a text file and manually remove any errors in the data or format. You can also enable 'Generate day bars form imported tick or minute data' on the Import tab of the Historical Data Manager to generate day bars from the data you are importing.

ok thanks, I have removed all the hour column, now ninja import succesfully data, and when I load a chart the first time it load well, the second time the chart looks like 1 tick chart (open = close at same price) and in edit data most day are modified like the picture below...
sorry, it's strange but i can't solve myself...

The original file resembles a minute bars file rather than a day bar format. You may wish to re-download the data from the provider. I would also recommend contacting th provider for more information on this file and it's correct format and bar type.

I was connect with kinetick, but normally my datafeed is zenfire....
in effect without connection it seems work well...

Which instrument's data does the file hold?

What file name was used when importing the data?

the data was rbob gasoline contract, imported with name "RT ##-##"

Thank you for your response.

When you are connected to your data feed provider and reload all historical data on your chart it will load data from your data feed provider for the chart. If you only want the data from the imported text file do not right click in your chart and select Reload All Historical Data.
