    fxcm - lack of data

    Hello,

I´m happy that there is an improvement with fxcm data but when I connect to fxcm (with NT-servers for historical data) then I have a lack of data for the days I have not been trading (please see attached fxcm1.jpg).

When I do then reload all historical data then I have fxcm2.jpg. There is no lack of data in between, there is no chart at all

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards
    Tony

    Hello tonynt,

    Thanks for your post.

Please try to reset your instruments and clear your cache.
To do this disconnect from any providers (FXCM) and go to Tools> Options> Data> Reset Instruments
Exit NinjaTrader and open the following directory in Windows
    (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
Delete the contents within this folder
    Restart NinjaTrader and test

      Hello,

thank you for your reply. I have done so and EURUSD, GBPUSD and NZDUSD are correct now, but eg AUDUSD and GBPCHF its the same issue as before.

How can this work with some instruments and others not?

(when restarting Ninja same issue as then after having connecte to fxcm)

      Thanks
      Tony
