First bar on all charts HUGE rest ok

I have been having a problem that I have been trying to resolve going on more than a week.
My first bar is huge. And inaccurate on almost all pairs. The only pair that I have loaded and tried that works is GC(gold). Other than that the charts I have up have the first bar as a very huge bar and the rest are normal and accurate.

Using ninjatraders forum sticky for checking charts.
    http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=3725

    Below I cut and pasted.
The following are the most common reasons for chart data to not update.
These are items *you can verify directly* within the NT application.

    a) Is the current time within the bounds of the chart's Session Template?
To use an unfiltered chart, please use the "Default 24/7" Session Template.

    *YES*

    b) Please check your pc clock and ensure that the correct time/date is set
on your computer. If the pc clock is not in sync, it can result in charts
    not updating.

    *YES*

    c) What version of NT are you running? You may go to Help > About to
verify, if you are not on the current release, please download from here:

    http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/do...g_software.htm<http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/download_trading_software.htm>
*most recent, I had the exact same problem with older version, updating to
    newer version did not help.*

If your charts *still do not update after checking* the items above, please

report back to us (e.g. in NinjaTrader->Help->Mail to support) and include
answers to the following questions to ensure a fast, accurate resolution to
    your inquiry.

    a) Which datafeed/broker connection are you connected to? Also, in which
connection sequence (i.e. I connect to Kinetick and then IB)?

    *Mirus - Zenfire*

    b) Do you receive any data for the instrument in the Control Center or
    SuperDOM?

    *YES(control ceneter, haven't checked superdom)*

    c) Which instrument are you attempting to receive data for?

*This is occurring on the 1min chart of several different pairs - CL, TF,

ES. BUT my GC works. Note this is occurring only on various charts and
instrumenets. BUT I have loaded the 1min GC (12/13) and it works without

    the big 1min bar*

    d) Can you re-produce this behavior? Could you please provide exact steps.

*I load NT. Then connect. Then it happens. For a split instant I see the

    correct price(bar) then the most current bar 1min, 3min, 5min and 30min

which I have loaded show a huge bar. *

    e) What happens when you close your chart and open a New Chart under File >
    New > Chart?

*Same thing when I load a new chart, I choose load FILE/Newchart/(choose

instrument)/load template(any of the invest to success) then it shows the

chart correct for a split second then wham it shows big bar.*

I can pm files and charts if needed.

What expiry are you using for the charts with issues? Are you also using the 12-13 contract?

This is likely a result of charting an expiry before it has been programmed to rollover. To confirm this, please temporarily disable by your merge policy by going to Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> set the "Merge Policy" to "DoNotMerge".

Once you have set this, please reload your charts and check for this large bar again.

I look forward to assisting you further.

Matthew this has seemed to have RESOLVED the issue.
Thank you. Is there anything further I need to do?

        Hello,

Glad to hear that helped, however note that this setting will not merge the current selected contract into previously expired, which in essence will limit the amount of historical data you can use.

If you wish to use the merge policy to back fill your charts, you will need to customize your rollover dates as per the following video:
