I have a live connection with Interactive Brokers. I've just logged on and am seeing a big red cross in the 'Orders' tab in the Control Center. What does this mean?
Also, my time-based charts are not loading, and orders are not accepted on the Charts on SIM and LIVE. The error message is "You must be connected and within the active hours of the chart's session template to submit an order".
This is the first time I'm encountering this. Pls advise.
