PATS Systems - 64 bit NinjaTrader

Hi guys, i'm doing a trial of a data feed from Phillip Futures using their PATS. When i try to setup and connect it tells me that PATS only works with 32 bit NinjaTrader...??

Please tell me this is not the case and theres a work around...??

Alternatively if there is no work around but you think i can use 32 Bit Ninjatrader on my 64 bit OS then let me know and let me know how to do it without losing any 64 bit DB. I'm a lifetime license holder, multi - broker.

Thank you for your note.

You should have two shortcuts on your desktop (NinjaTrader 7, NinjaTrader 7 64-bit) the shortcut without the 64-bit label is the 32 bit version.

This can also be found from Windows Start button -> All Programs -> NinjaTrader 7 -> NinjaTrader 7.

Yup, ok that works, thanks. Now i get an error 7 "User Role not found"

Is this something in the account setup details they gave me?
