    Displaying IQFeed Market Stats (JT6T.Z and JT8T.Z)

    Hi,

    I'm unable to display some of Iqfeed's market stats such as JT6T.Z and JT8T.Z. Others such as JT1T.Z and JTNT.Z are working fine. I looked around for a solution and found this link:

    Unfortunately the settings suggested here did not work for me, so I'm wondering if there's an alternative approach.

    In Ninjatrader, when I click File>New>Chart and select the new instrument I created (e.g. JT6T.Z and JT8T.Z), I'm presented with a blank chart, no error message.

    Any suggestions on what to do next?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please provide me with an image showing the settings you're using for these instruments. Ideally I would like to take a look at the settings in the Definition tab of the Instrument Editor as well as the 'Symbol Map' section of the Instrument Editor's Misc tab.

    To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and upload as an attachment to your post here.

        Hello,

        Thank you for getting back to me with these images.

        In terms of the Definition tab of the Instrument Editor - is 'Default' the only exchage which you have checked currently? If not, what other exchange(s) are checked?

            I do not see any reason those settings should not work and I can load this data on my end.

            Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

            You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

            Please reference this thread in the body of the message.
