fresh install keeps crashing on launch

Hi, I just installed a fresh copy of the latest version of NT7 on my windows 8 machine. After install I entered the key provided, allowed private and public network access for the program, and then it crashes. I tried with both the 64 and 32 bit version, and they both crash. Any ideas on what to do?

Could you send us your most current log and trace files, so I may investigate this matter further.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt". Example "log.20130919.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt". Example "trace.20130919.txt"
