How to handle orders in overfill/partial fill condition

I have an question about how to handle the orders with overfill/part filled condition. Is here any solutions? If not, how can I get my real account order quantity?

Hello Thomson,

The only want to handle an overfill manually would be to use the Unmanged Approach and set the IgnoreOverFill option to true.

Most of the overfills, can be prevented by changing the logic inside of your strategy to minimize this from happening. How you are you getting overfilled? Example, having a "Stop loss" and a reversal at the same time.

How can I get the real account orders quantity? Eg. I place 3 long orders by my strategy, when onexcution I want to got the real account order quantity. How can I do that?

Hello thomson,

To get the different position(s) from your real account it would be unsupported but you may view a snippet from the following post that show how you get this information.

This will try to pull the positions from all of your accounts and print it out to the Output window.
