    strange error-message

    Hello,

    I have an error message when exiting NT. (several times)

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you send an email to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post.

    Include in this email your latest log and trace file.
    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named "log.20131009.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.20131009.txt"

      Hello,

      I couldnt send the files. PC/outlook express frozen.

      I could the email only send without attachment. Very strange. Does this give an hint about the problem?

      Tracefile has 68.607 KB!!!

        That is extremely large.

        We've sent you an email with instructions on how to send this through wetransfer. Did you receive this email as we have not seen any files from you yet.

          Hello,

          thank you for you response.

          I send to you the files this moment. In the meantime I changed the internect connection to another one because of the "connection lost" issue with CQG. This internet connection is "business-fixed-IPaddress-connection".

          Again it occurs that "connection lost" with CQG. After 1 minute "connected CQG". After 1 minute again "connection lost". Now again "connected CQG"
