Historical Data in Analyzer

Hello,

I have Historical FGBL Data from 06-09. I can load this data in my Graphs from April of 2006, but when I want to load this by Analyzer, I have only this one from 2009. Could you tell me please, what is wrong ?

Historical Data _ mistake

I´m sorry... I wrote a bad number of this contract month (06 - 09). Of course, my first historical FGBL contract month is 09 - 06 (Historical Data from April 2006).

If you can load this data in a chart, you should be able to backtest on it. How are you confirming that your strategy analyzer only goes back to 2009? If you run a backtest for the desired range using the SampleMACrossOver strategy, how far back do the results go for this strategy?

What interval are you testing on? Daily or minute? And what were you loading in the chart?

Do you recall where you obtained data back to 2006? What provider are you using?

Thank you for that information.

If the SampleMACrossOver is running over the historical data we will need to isolate what is causing your custom script to not generate trades.

How many bars does your script require before processing?

If you'd like me to test on my end please attach the .cs file located in (MY)Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\Strategy

My script require only 20 bars before processing, it´s not this problem...

I tried loading one of my old strategies and after it I found that my first trade was shown correctly (2006). The problem is in my new strategy. I have to repair it myself.
