Set Chart/Indicator Properties As Default Using Mac & Parallels

How do I set the properties and settings for my charts and indicators as default when I am using Mac OSX + Parallels + Win 8.1 and Ninja Trader? I keep losing my charts as I close Ninja Trader and my 610 tick chart doesn't open again when I open Ninja Trader so I have to recreate the chart. I need these settings and properties set as defaults so I can create a new chart and have everything ready to go.

Thank you for your post.

After you've set up your chart please right click in the chart--> Templates--> Save as Default.

After this you can also leave the chart open and then save the chart as part of your workspace. That way when you open up NinjaTrader the next time the chart will be displayed right away with your saved default settings as well.

I am talking about the settings/properties for the indicators.

Hello WOSguy,

When you have added the indicator to your chart, double left click on it to open up the indicator window. When the indicator window is open edit the indicator. Hit Apply after this and then right click on the right side of the window. A small window opens up which says 'Set default For Indicator'. Select this and then click OK.
After this save your chart as Default as well and you will have the chart and the indicator ready to go for the next time.
