    Problem with Cac40 (Mirus)

    Hi

I use Ninjatrader since many years (YM, 6E, CL & GC) in real time, no souci

    I want to add Cac40
but the chart is empty (no candle) for Cac40 for Monep & Matif, the both
    I am on Mirus

What can I do to obtain the chart of Cac40 in real time ?
use somthing different from Mirus ?

    Thanks

    Pierre

        Hello Pierre,

Does this mean that you don't have data for the CAC40 after the reset?

When you open up the chart for the CAC40, can you change the Label in the Data Series window to 'CAC40 10-13 Monep'.
You'll find the Label on the right side of the Data Series window.

            I add

I load a graph 6E 12-13 for instance, the 6E graph is good

I clic on the Top Left Corner and select :
            - Cac 40 (10-13) Monep version

the graph is Empty, totaly white
just X & Y axis appear in black

the problem is on Zen Fire for me

              Hello Pierre,

We've double checked for you and you are correct, there was a misunderstanding. The data we saw for the CAC40 was historical data from a different provider.
Zen-Fire stopped supporting data for the CAC40 back in April.

                  Hi Pierre,

Delayed and historical data for the CAC40 is included with the Basic Service ($50) with Kinetick. However, for Live data you would need to add additional packages.

The CAC40 trades on the NYSE-Liffe so you would need to add the International Real Time Exchange ($25) + the NYSE Liffe Commodity ($33) as well.

The symbol map Kinetick uses is MT.

I have understand that Real Time Cac 40 need something in addition
but for me on Kinetick :
                    - Euronext Indexes - $5
                    - is independant from NYSE Liffe Commodity $33

precisely what is give by NYSE LIFFE CMDTY in Cac 40 Real Time ????????????
for me NYSE LIFFE CMDTY is "matieres premičres"

                    I dont understand

                    Thanks

                      Hi Pierre,

Since the CAC 40 is a measure of an equities exchange there are different ways to view the movement of the basket of stocks that comprise the CAC 40.

With the Euronext Indices you can view an Index value which measures the CAC 40, but this symbol can not be traded.

The NYSE Liffe exchange includes the CAC 40 futures contract which can be traded based on the underlying equity exchange.

This difference accounts for the different exchanges you would want to include with Kinetick, and if you would like to change your Kinetick account, or have any additional questions regarding this then please contact us directly at: https://www.kinetick.com/support#Kinetick-Support

                          Hi Pierre,

Depending on the symbols there are numerous NYSE Liffe exchanges, but the one that covers the CAC 40 with Kinetick is the NYSE Liffe Equities exchange, which is $7/mo. Since this is an international exchange you will also need to include the International Real-Time exchange at $25/mo.

In total the futures exchanges for the CAC 40 contract would be $32/mo total, and if this data is not included with your Kinetick account presently then we can add that to your account from the following page: https://www.kinetick.com/support#Change-Service
