Kinteck EoD and CQG Missing Data on Oct. 22th

Hello NT Support,

after starting NT with Kinetick EoD and my CQG connection I am missing data from about 5:00 o'clock up to 10 o'clock. See pics.

There were several Threads within this forum which are discussing missing data from either Kinetick or CQG.


Do you have an idea how to close the data gap?

Thanks for your post.

Can you please exit and restart NinjaTrader, then see if the data will fill in the gap.
If it doesn't please right click in the chart--> Reload All Historical Data.

Let us know if this corrects your issue.

Have a similar data gap with Mirus Zen data...tried closing NT and then restart connect and reload...still have a data gap from 05 38 55 Pacific to when data starts ....
any suggestions ?

Hi Alfred,

For which instrument is this with what interval?

In addition, what version of NinjaTrader do you have installed? Is this V7.0.1000.16? You can check under Help--> About.

Do you see any error messages listed in the log tab of the control center?

This is for NQ 12 13...5 tick chart...1 minute or 15 second were with a similar gap...seems to be no error in log tab....I can live with this but just curious now...

Just double checked on my end for NQ 12-13 with a 5 Tick, 1 Minute and 15 Second chart. All charts show up normally.

What happens when you reboot and then reload historical data?
What session template do you have selected? I checked with <Use instrument settings>

Yes...am on version 16...reboot and reload did not work...tried no template along with use instrument settings...tried deleting all data in db before a restart....made no difference...guess will see what happens tomorrow...

Hello Alfred & Valdar

Can you exit and restart NinjaTrader. Data will be present again. I received an update that there was an issue with the historical data server, however that has been solved now.

You might need to reload your historical data after the restart. Right click in the chart--> Reload Historical Data

Let me know if this corrects the issue.
