how to download ES##-## historical data

I've gone to the historical download manager, chosen ES##-##, pick a date range of the last 2 months, checked Tick, Minute, Day, and Last, click Download, and it immediately returns to the historical data manager without downloading any data. Am I doing something wrong or is there no data available for ##-##?
    Thanks

    Hi Kenb2004,

    Thank you for your post.

The data can be seen in the Edit Tab of the Historical Data Manager. If there is data there then it was downloaded and you would be able to chart it.

Additionally, your data feed provider will need to support continuous contracts in order to download that data.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in the lower left hand corner of the control center.
