importing 2 hour txt files

Hi,

I am new at using NT and from what I've read in the help section, you can only import tick, minute or daily bar text historical data files. My question is, I have some 2-hour bar text files. Is there a way of importing and using for simulations in NT?

Thank you for your note.

Currently, only tick, minute, and daily bars are supported when importing data from a text file.

However, I would like to test your data files on my end, to see if we could find a way to convert or use them. Please send these files to [email protected], and reference ticket # 944981 in the subject of your email.

After examining the data files you attached, I determined that it would take a significant amount of modification to convert the files to a format that NinjaTrader can import for historical data. I am not aware of any automated tools that can assist with this.

MetaStock files are the only type of externally created historical data files that can be imported into NinjaTrader.
