How to download indicator file from NT
How do you download /extract a indicator from the program itself? In other words I want to download a indicator in the file format the way you would download it from the indicator from the forum. The indicator I want is not in the NT indicator sectionTags: None

Hello Gregory Arkadin,
Thank you for your post.
To export an indicator from within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center "File" menu -> Utilities -> Export NinjaScript.
In the File name: field, input a name for the file NinjaTrader generates with the exported indicator(s).
Next, select the category from the drop down menu under "Export objects". "Custom indicators" will have any indicators you imported into NinjaTrader, "System indicators" will contain the default indicators that come pre-installed with NinjaTrader.
Select the indicator(s) you want to export from the list at the left, and click the right arrow button to add this indicator to the list of items to export. When you have added all indicators you wish to export, click "Export". A confirmation dialogue will appear with the location of the exported file. Click "OK", and now you will be able to import this file into any installation of NinjaTrader.
Let me know if I can assist you further.Tyler G.NinjaTrader Customer Service
