NT Frozen
For some reason NT is frozen. The charts are not updating with new data. I am currently running two strategies. I don't want to restart NT unless I absolutely necessary. Do you have any suggestionsTags: None

Thank you for your post.
Is the entire platform frozen or just the charts?
- Are you able to right click in the charts--> Reload All Historical Data?
Also, which provider are you connected to? Check in the lower left corner of the control center in the green colored box.Vince B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

I tried to reload the historical data and it is still frozen. I am connected to Kinetick and and the light is green.

Please provide me with your latest Log and Trace files.
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
* The log file will be named log.20131104.txt
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
* The trace file will be named trace.20131104.txtCameronNinjaTrader Customer Service
