Adding S&P500 index

Hi,
I was trying to add the S&P500 index to the instrument manager, but I can't seem to get the right results. What am I doing wrong?


EDIT: I did a reset to the instruments, and it's working now. I see that kinetick symbol is SPX.XO - why isn't that inline with their symbol map here http://www.kinetick.com/market-metrics?

Can you please delete this instrument you created and use the default SP500 index that is present in NinjaTrader. It uses the following symbol map for Kinetick: SPX.XO

Thanks, that's exactly how I was able to fix it. Any reason why the Kinetick symbol isn't right? Is there a list of those symbols?

You can use the symbol search on Kinetick's website at the link below.

The Kinetick symbol for the default SP500 is correct. Your screenshot shows that the instrument you created uses a different symbol - the S&P500 average price market statistic which is different from the S&P500 index.
