Bracket and Trailing possible with native ATM?

Hi community,

is the following doable with the native ATM implementation or do i have to code?

Put on a bracket order for going long or short (whatever is executed first). The remaining order should then work as stop-loss and start trailing as soon as the price moves in my favour.

How can that be done with ATM? Do i have to use OCO orders and setup a manual trail or is there a better solution?

Hello puravida,

Unfortunately this is not possible using an ATM strategy. You can only setup the AutoTrail for stop loss orders part of an ATM strategy.

If you submit the buy and sell orders as OCO order, one will be cancelled if the other fills.

hmm... so i need to place two orders with ATM-Trail and cancel the one that is not executed first if i want to do it with native ATM, right?

Yes, this is possible. You can accomplish such an approach by the following steps:

- Right click in the SuperDOM and select the menu "OCO Order" to enable this function
- For your first order, select the desired option from the "ATM Strategy" drop down list
- Submit your stop order to buy above the market
- For your second order, select the desired option from the "ATM Strategy" drop down list again
- Submit your stop order to sell below the market

CRITICAL Right click in the SuperDOM and select the menu "OCO Order" to disable this function
