Adding Kospi 200 cash index

Hi,

I need a Kospi 200 cash index chart. Tried using K200, KS200 and KS200@KSE as the mapping symbol to IB but none work. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

First please delete the instrument you have added within the Instrument Manager. Next add a new instrument using the settings outlined in the attached screen shots.

Then add the instrument to your Default list and select it within a chart and let me know if you then receive data successfully.

Hmm, it didn't work. I am trying to add the kospi 200 index and not the futures. Also, my instrument editor settings looks different from yours. Have attached the screenshot here.

The screen shots in the previous post were from an earlier version of NinjaTrader. For the K200 Index please use the settings outlined in the attached screen shots to receive data.

Sorry, encountered another issue. NT is able to pull the chart from IB but it doesn't give any data prior to Apr 2013. The chart I load on IB has data way back to 2008 and before.

So I may test your connection on my end can you please disconnect and forward your config file to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your Config file which can be found in Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 folder
