Saving FIBS and Drawings in Workspace

Hello,
I had thought I did this correctly (actually read the forum posts here and there!).
I had some nice Fibs and patterns on some charts. I saved the Workspace..
I had to close NinjaTrader.
when I open it up now, and re-open the workspace, I do not see any of my drawings.

can you advise what I might be doing wrong?
and what I can do to make sure the drawings and Fibs I place on charts come back after a close-re/start?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum!

Please attempt the following process and advise if the Fibonacci Retracements stay on the chart after restarting NinjaTrader:

1. Start NinjaTrader
2. File > New > Chart > open a chart of your choosing
3. Right click in the chart > select Drawing Tools > Fibonacci Retracements > select your first and second anchor points
4. Then go to the NinjaTrader Control Center > File > Exit
5. Select Yes To All when prompted to save all workspaces
6. Restart NinjaTrader

Please advise if the Fibonacci Retracements is shown after restarting NinjaTrader. DO NOT close your chart during the steps listed above.

I did what you stated and it worked. Thank you.

However, I'm confused and what wonder I did wrong previously.
I am not sure what I may have done wrong to lose the numerous charts I had drawings on. I had "saved" the workspace throughout the usage session for sure.

Thank you for your response.

Previously when closing NinjaTrader did you right click on the Windows Task Bar > select Close All Windows > then Yes To All when prompted to save your workspaces?

No - I did not previously do that. Perhaps that is my issue. What does "Save Workspace" do during an active session? Thank you for your help an quick responses.

Thank you for your response.

Save Workspace will save the current state of the workspace as the workspace. However, if you close all windows and then save the workspace it would save blank.
