    Connecting to IB

    If there are pending orders, Ninja connection to IB TWS does not work. I have verifed that it works if there are no pending orders. This seems to be known issue. Is there a workaround if I dont wish to upgrade Nnja version?
    Versions in use.
    TWS: 938.1
    Ninja: 7.0.1000.7

    Welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forums!

    It does look like you are using an older version of NinjaTrader. You will want to upgrade to current version of NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.16.

    You may upgrade NinjaTrader by:

    * Copying/write down your License Key by going to Control Center -> Help -> License Key
    * Then go to the Control Center -> Help -> Download Site
    * Shutdown NinjaTrader
    * Enter your license key under Current Users
    * Press Download NinjaTrader
    * Click on the NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.16 (Current) to download
    * Run the Setup.exe

    Since this is an upgrade none of your settings/files will be changed.

    Let us know if the issue persists after the upgrade.
