TRIN, TICK Charts

Hello,
I just added the TRIN and TICK instruments to the data series from the instrument manager, but when I try to open them nothing comes up.
Am I missing a step?

Who is your provider?

If TDA, then that is expected for sure.

You would need live market.

I haven't had tick work in 10 months with them though.

Thank you for contacting us to report the issue.

Which data provider are you using with NinjaTrader? In order to access data for these instruments a source which offers Index data is needed.
