    NinjaTrader Wont Load

    HI ,

    Ninjatrader wont load! The splash screen loads but once splash screen disappears nothing else loads. I have to go to Windows task Manager to end the ninjatrader.exe Process.

    I read online it can be a Config File issue? So I have the config file available to email, if anyone can help me out. I have been using NinjaTrader for 6 months with Mirus without any issue.

    I just have the exact same problem --i suspect a windows update--i just uninstalld latest updates and will reboot and see if ninja works now

    uninstalled 14 windows updates from 3 days ago--ninja still can't open

    im using win 8.1 was working fine before--only thing last time it was working i was getting memory exception errors from ninja

    i have tried to repair and reinstall NT --still wont open

    NT is active in task manager


    well i got ninja working--moved the config.xml file
    restarted NT--had to enter license key etc. then I restored the backup which I had just made earlier today--I can't connect to zenfire now--was there something about system maintenance this weekend???

      Hi asiaexpat,

      Thank you for your post as well.

      We typically see periods of server maintenance over the weekends which can result in an inability to connect. Due to this, I'd recommend that you restart the PC, modem and router then try the connection again.
