    Hello Fiddy,

    Thanks for the post.

When I try to bring up the chart I receive an error message 'Failed to retreive data from Yahoo', so I can't reproduce the issue here on my end.

What happens when you right click in the chart--> Reload All Historical Data?

      Hello fiddy,

As I investigate further, you may be able to resolve the chart for BHP by updating your splits & dividends:

First, enable the options to adjust for Splits & Dividends:
      • Control Center > Tools > Options...
      • Data tab
      • Check "Adjust for splits" and "Adjust for dividends"
      • Click OK when finished.

Make sure you are connected to the Yahoo connection and then update Splits and Dividends:
      • Control Center > Tools > Instrument Manager
      • Type "BHP" into the Name field > Click Search
      • Double left mouse click on the BHP Instrument from the grid below and the Instrument Editor window will open
      • Click the "Misc" tab and then click the "Update Splits & Dividends" button at the bottom.
      • Click OK when finished.
      • Disconnect from Yahoo and reconnect to your data feed.
      • Right mouse click on your chart > Reload all historical data

We have a video on Splits & Dividends on our YouTube Channel:

Please let me know if this helps to resolve the situation or if I can provide any further assistance.

        Incorrect Data

        Ryan

I am still having issues with the data coming thru from Yahoo for asx stocks
I have attached a chart image
When I try to update for splits and dividends for asx stocks it does not work, it basically continually searches and I have to end up shutting down Nina trader via task master to do anything.
However when I update for US stocks I don't have an issue

        thanks
        Bryan

          Hello Bryan,

Thank you for the follow up.

You can delete your cached historical chart data and re-test the split and dividend:
Please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:
          • Close NinjaTrader
          • Documents
          • NinjaTrader 7
          • Open the db folder
          • Delete the Cache folder
          • Restart NinjaTrader
          • Connect
          • Update Splits & Dividends on BHP and re-test the chart.

Please let me know if the BHP chart still does not load at expected and we can schedule a remote support call to take a closer look on your end.

                Hi Ryan

I contacted a third party provider which I use to import an ASX list. They said that their product does not impact on the data.

However they recommended that I do the following right-mouse click on the BHP chart, while connected to your data provider, and select “Reload All Historical Data”.

This fixed the BHP chart. Is there a way to do this in bulk, as this issue is occurring on numerous charts

                    incorrect data on charts

Is there a way to do this for all data.
I am finding that I have to have the chart open, then press the reload all button for each individual security

Yes this should be possible for all active instruments on your workspace with the Historical Data Manager:
                      • Control Center > Tools > Historical Data Manager...
                      • Click the Reload tab

                          Hello,

Thank you for the follow up.

Loading instruments on a Market Analyzer would not work for reloading all historical data, this would require that a chart of the instrument is created on the workspace.

I have tried to reload the data for stock VZ.
I am using kinetick data and the chart shows a negative value

                              Hello,

Thank you for the follow up.

To troubleshoot initially > left mouse click on the "return" arrow in the upper right hand corner, does the chart/price appear as expected?

If not, you can right mouse click on the chart background > Reload all historical data.

If you would like. I can investigate this situation closer if you send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Ryan L." in the subject line.
