FXCM demo historical data problem days to load

Hello, im testing ninjatrader and i like it but in my chart, when i set in data series "days to load" about 60 days, it only shows me in the chart 30 days... Im doing something wrong? Thanks.

What interval is selected on the chart?

Forex - Eur/Usd

Days to load 60 or 150 for example, tested both and i only get info in my chart from day 28 month 10 year 2013

Hello Alucard,

I am able to load historical minute data for the EUR/USD from FXCM back to January of 2007.

I am able to load historical tick data for the EUR/USD from FXCM back to March of 2013.

Please make sure you are using NinjaTrader historical data servers with your FXCM connection.

You can do this by going to Tools > Account Connections, selecting the FXCM connection and clicking Change.
Then in the connection wizard clicking Next, checking the option under Historical Data 'Use NinjaTrader servers' and clicking Next > Next > Finish.
You will need to disconnect and reconnect for the changes to take place.

I am able to load historical tick data for the EUR/USD from FXCM back to March of 2013.

Please make sure you are using NinjaTrader historical data servers with your FXCM connection.

The problem was ninjatrader servers i was in fxcm servers, now goes perfectly thanks!
