ATI OIF Log Error -- What does it mean?

I'm not sure what this log entry means...was the OIF file successfully processed, but a secondary operation (write order status) unable to complete?

How to fix?

(I replaced the account number with 12345)

Order Status File, 'D:\My Documents\NinjaTrader 7\outgoing\12345!AMP!ac12345_5c84ef36d1cf4bf19fae8 26289b44d07.txt': unable to write order status: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open.

Thanks for your post.

From the message you have posted it may be possible a program or service on your computer has this log file open and is preventing NinjaTrader from opening the file to write to it.

Do you have antivirus software on your computer?

If so, please exclude the following directories from your antivirus real-time scanner and scheduled scanner.

• C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7 - if 32-bit Windows
• C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 - if 64-bit Windows
• (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7

After this log out of Windows and log back in.

Let me know if the error continues after doing this.
