I need a downgrade for the same problem described in this thread, because we switched over to another cloudserver with version 21, I have sent a request by mail to Lowell
Please I need an older version asap

Hi Rob,

1. No data will be lost if you only uninstall NT from programs and Features and do no manual removal of any files otherwise.
2. NinjaTrader .16 was created so that our server would not longer be used as a relay, in turn they added security to force the use for a user-name and password. I have spoken to my development team and they are looking into.

Hi Rob,

I have spoken with our product management and due to changes on some brokerage adapters which would affect your ability to submit orders, we are unable to release older versions of our software.

Also in improving the security of our servers their have been changes server side that no longer allow relaying of emails, in turn NT7 .11 would not resolve that.

Hi Rob,

As NinjaTrader application no longer allow mail relay via our own servers you will need to utilize a server that you have an account with.

If your personal email allows you to setup Outlook and use as an SMTP you can used this. If your personal email does not, you could setup a free G-Mail account for sending emails.
