Data not getting plotted

My data comes from CSIData and I have converted it to the NinjaTrader import ascii format.

The data file imports correctly and I can see that the data appears correctly in the database (see image).

When I try to chart to data, the chart is empty. This occurs with every attempt I make at importing an ascii data file and charting it.

Is there an example step-by-step walk through of exactly how to import ascii price data into NinjaTrader and to display it in the chart?

Thank you for contacting us.

When importing data, it appears that you did not include a expiry for the future. Due to this, the data was imported as a stock named LC_USD.

Moving forward, you will need to reload the data from a file named 'LC_USD 11-13.Last.txt. assuming this is all last price data for the 11-13 contract of 'LC_USD'.

Maximum expiry date

If the contract expiry is represented as MM-YY then how will you distinguish 1922 from 2022?

11-22 could mean November 1922 or November 2022. CSI have some Wheat data going back to 1921, so this could become a non-hypothetical issue in a few years time when the 2022 Wheat contract trades.
