    Charts doesnt load historical data

    Hello,

    I have live multibroker ninjatrader license.
    I have live gain connection. I have ninja 6.5 .
    Today the platform didnt load the historical data since friday close.
    I have gone to gain live chat. They told me:

    Please wait for a site operator to respond. You are now chatting with 'Tommy'
    Tommy: Hello stellios, and welcome to FOREX.com UK. May I have your User ID (Account Number) or email address to better assist you?
    stellios: hello,
    stellios: I have ninja trader connected with my live account
    Tommy: May I have your User ID (Account Number) or email address to better assist you?
    stellios: i dont have historical data for my charts since friday
    stellios: xxxxxxxxx
    Tommy: Are you looking at the NinjaTrader platform?
    stellios: yes
    Tommy: We have been feeding data since the market re-opened roughly 14 hours and 30 minutes ago.
    Tommy: Please contact NinjaTrader directly to ensure that there are no issues on their end.
    stellios: ok. thank you very much


    I have checked the time and date and its correct.
    I have reset the databases and the instruments.

    Awaiting your directions.

    Hello Stelios,

    Thanks for your post.

    Gain only provides 24 hours of historical data to us. This could be the reason that you're not seeing any historical data.

    What you can check is your account connection set up and enable 'Use NinjaTrader servers' for Historical Data. Then connect again to Gain and bring up a chart--> Right click in the chart--> Reload All Historical Data.

      Thanks for your answer. I have enabled 'Use NinjaTrader servers' .
      Also the 'Reload All Historical Data' option is unavailable

        Hello Stelios,

        Can you please send an email to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer this post. Put in the subject header 'For Vince'.

        Please include a screenshot of your chart and of the data series window.

        To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
