MBT connection; Ninja Trader crashes

Hello,

I'm having some trouble with setting up a connection with my MB Trading account.
My current version of Ninjatrader is 7.0.1000.16. I just downloaded the MbtDesktop software, version 12.0.0.48.

When I try to connect to the connection I set up with my MB Trading account, Ninja Trader gives the following feedback: Failed to submit order; Invalid route. After that ninja trader crashes and closes down.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

The error you provided is attributed to using an unsupported version of MBT.

Please ensure you have installed the supported version of 11.9.0.44. You will need to completely uninstall the version 12.0.0.48 you are using and revert to the version listed on this page:

I managed to get Ninja Trader working now, but my account is'nt showing up in the drop down list of the chart trader. Are there some settings I need to change for this?

Hello,

Make sure your Live license is entered and then go to the File menu to uncheck 'Global Simulation Mode'. With this feature unchecked you can select your Live account in Chart trader and toggle to the Sim101 account.
