can't get symbol to chart

I am trying to chart Russell 2000 futures. I put in TF 12-13 and tried TF 03-14 and I get nothing. Any ideas?

So I may investigate this matter further please answer the following questions.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

still can't get chart

Hi,

I subscribed to Barchart.com to get Russell 2000 futures to chart on Ninja....but I can't get them to chart.

The Barchart symbol is RJZ3. Is this the symbol I should use in Ninja. I've tried RJZ3, RJH4, TF 12-13 ,and TF 3-14

I marked external data feed when setting up

Any ideas what I am doing wrong now?

Are you connected to BarChart or the External Data Feed? You will see the technology you are connected to in the bottom left hand corner of the NinjaTrader Control Center.
