Crossover problem

I've set two workspaces with the same ES charts of different time frames. One workspace's charts have the ES 12-13 contract and the other workspace has the ES 03-14 contract. At this point in time I'm looking to see how they compare.

However, two problems:
1. On both workspaces when I change the contract period on the 1500 tick bar chart it also automatically changes the contract period on the 500 tick bar chart. I need that to stop.

2. When I change the contract period on the 1500 tick bar chart in one workspace it's also changing the contract period on the 1500 tick bar chart in the other workspace. I need this to stop too.

My data provider is Zen-Fire, OS is Windows XP, NT version 7.0.1000.15

Hi,

By contract period, you mean the expiry, correct? I.e, when you change the 1500 tick bar from the ES 12-13 to the 03-14, it also changes the 500 tick bar chart.

If that is what you're seeing, you've likely "linked" these charts by setting the "L" box in the top right corner of the chart to the same color.

To prevent this from happening, please either unlink the charts, or set the charts you wish to change together to the same color.

I must have linked them by accident which link carried over when I saved the worksheet with a new name.
