Can not login using CQG data

    Can not login using CQG data

    I get a message that says:

    Login failed: The type CQG Trader DataAccess Network. Unicaster. Unicaster Framework does not have a constructor that takes the parameters (UnicasterConfigurationSection. IPathProvider)

    Can you tell me the following:

    - What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.xx

        Hello,

        Please update to the most recent version of NinjaTrader - 7.0.1000.16.

        Use the following link to download NinjaTrader. You can register your current license key which can be found under the Control Center -> Help--> License Key



        Close NinjaTrader before installing.
        Since this is an over-the-top upgrade, you will not lose any chart templates, workspaces or other custom settings.

          Okay, updated to 16. Same message. I can access external data feed (to see what the market is doing and then I disconnect) and then when I try to access CQG data again, I get a message that says "Login failed: There can be only one CQG adapter running at any time".

          Could this problem be caused by the fact that when I changed my data feed from Zenfire to CQG this morning at AMP I clicked the direct edition of NT (free) instead of the full version (paid) (I am paid) in which after they sent me my new user name and password? I went to their site and changed it but haven't heard back from them yet. Or would this even matter?

            Another strange thing. After deleting the old AMP LIVE connection I tried to make a new AMP LIVE connection and it said "You already have a connection by that name". So I named the new one AMP LIVE CQG. This was way earlier this morning. It will still do that if I try to name a new connection AMP LIVE.

              You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
              (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
