I'm occasionally having problems with my connection where the box in the bottom left corner of the Control Center, which is usually green as the attachment shows, and says Connected - Zen-Fire, turns to a brown tint. At that time the software stops working. Or, as you know, it can turn red and says that you've lost your connection. Just wondering what causes the brown tint. At that time yesterday my internet connection was fine and I was able to load pages in Google Chrome or Firefox quickly with no problems. Is this a Zen-Fire issue? Thanks.

Zen-Fire Connection Box Turns Brown
Hi

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
We typically see periods of server maintenance over the weekends which can result in an inability to connect or disconnections. Due to this, I'd recommend that you start by restarting the PC, modem and router then try the connection again. If you encounter further issues with this connection attempt after rebooting please let me know and I will provide further instructions.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service

Hi, Kyle
Thanks for your response. But I wasn't talking about on the weekend. I was talking about during trading hours during the week. When this happens the data feed ceases. I was wondering what causes the box to become brown. What does it mean? What's going on? And other than to reboot the software which may not fix this, what can I do? Thanks.Last edited by bce111; 12-22-2013, 07:33 PM.
